How can I see the most wildlife in the Park ?Keep your eyes and ears open. And remember, wildlife is not just leopards and hyenas. Birds, insects and the plants ...... there is plenty to observe. Early mornings and late afternoons are the best times for wildlife viewing. Carry a pair of binoculars to enjoy the birdlife here. Also carry bird and animal identification guides. Always obtain Park brochures and a handbook for a more meaningful experience of the Park. Back to Top
Is it safe to go by foot ?Go only by a vehicle. You can go for jeep safaris through the Park and get to see both the natural and cultural heritage of the Park. Take a forest guard along, as he would know the track and movement of animals. Back to Top
Why should I maintain silence in the Park ?Do not sound the vehicle's horn or talk loudly. The animals will be started and disturbed. Maintain a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Absolute silence pays and you will see more wildlife. Back to Top
Can I feed the animals in the Park ?No animals can look for their own food. Please do not feed them yours. It may cause some kind of physiological disorder in them. Back to Top

Can I listen to my cassette recorder in the Park ?A Forest has its own sounds. These sounds can tell you a lot about the animals in the area. Listen to them and enjoy them. Do not bring your transistor or cassette player with you, as the animals will be disturbed. Back to Top
